In addition to being an attorney at the firm of Begley, Carlin and Mandio, LLP, Chelsey is a mother of two daughters and married to Attorney Blake Jackman. Chelsey volunteers most days a week in the community by coaching both of her daughters’ soccer teams as well as volunteer coaching tumbling at her daughter’s cheerleading gym. Chelsey was raised in Northampton and graduated from Council Rock High School. Chelsey went to Penn State University where she was a cheerleader all four years and named Captain her Senior Year. Chelsey graduated with a major in Crime Law and Justice and received her Juris Doctorate from Widener Law School.

Chelsey’s parents, Dave and Colleen still live in Northampton where Colleen just retired from her practice of law and Dave is a strategic business consultant and is a football specialist coach at local high schools and colleges.

Chelsey is the middle of three sisters: Her older sister is Jessica and her younger sister is Lia. Chelsey spends as much time as she can with her family and enjoys running and her Peloton. In her free time, Chelsey does laundry.
