In addition to being a full-time attorney at the law firm of Begley, Carlin and Mandio, LLP, Chelsey is married to Attorney Blake Jackman, and they have two young daughters. Chelsey volunteers most days a week in the community by coaching both of her daughters’ soccer teams as well as volunteer coaching tumbling at her daughter’s cheerleading gym.

Chelsey grew up in Northampton and graduated from Council Rock High School. Chelsey attended Penn State University and majored in Crime, Law and Justice. She was on the cheerleading team all four years and was named Captain her senior year. She subsequently earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener Law School.
