January 27, 2025 Chelsey announces her candidacy for Bucks County Judge

In addition to being an attorney at the firm of  Begley, Carlin and Mandio, Chelsey is a mother of two daughters and married to Attorney Blake Jackman. Chelsey volunteers most days a week in the community by coaching both of her daughters’ soccer teams as well as volunteer coaching tumbling at her daughter’s cheerleading gym.

Chelsey was raised in Northampton and graduated from Council Rock High School. 
Chelsey went to Penn State University where she was a cheerleader all four years and named Captain her Senior Year.

Chelsey graduated with a major in Crime Law and Justice and received her juris doctorate from Widener Law School.
